Virtual Polar Plunge in aid of Special Olympics Ireland is back for 2021!
We are asking individuals, groups or families to take the plunge this December, your way:

❄Take an icy sea dip, bath or shower
🎵 Sing two verses of Jingle Bells
🤳 Share on Social Media #PolarPlunge
❤ Raise money for a great cause!
Registration is free! You can add a donation if you’d like and you will get your hands on some SOI merchandise as well get entered into the draw for a great Polar Plunge Prize!
